A smart engineering system can make the user experience simple. Understanding and designing how systems come together leads the design of a simple experience. Much of the design effort is in what you don't see.

PROCESS AND TOOLS

Following a good process ensures better outcomes. While there is never a perfect project with unlimited time or budget, experience informs which tools to pull out of the toolbox.
